The Harry Potter Dementor Costumes are Halloween costumes that can be worn to scare your friends, neighbors, and those handing out trick or treat goodies. The Dementors were creatures of darkness and is considered one of the foulest that inhabit the Harry Potter world. The Dementors that are out Halloween will feed of others happiness and will try their best to caused depression and despair to any of those other trick or treaters that come near them during the evening. These foul creatures first appeared in Harry Potter and were guards of the wizard prison for Azkaban. The Dementor Costumes feature a long black robe with a chest piece and a full black mask.  To complete the look add a pair of Dementor gloves that look like Dementor hands. Harry Potter Dementor Child Costume.  Halloween is a great time to be the scary creature Dementor from the Prisoner of Azkaban. It is available in one adult standard size up to a size 38-42.

The Dementors are about ten feet tall and have a human form.  The Dementor costumes completely covers them in a dark hooded cloaks that only reveals pointy decaying looking hands and fingers.  The mask has no eyes and only has a large hole where their mouth should be.  The large hole in the mask is used for sucking the soul out of the victim using the Dementor’s Kiss. Unlike others in the magical world of Harry Potter they had no magical powers but they did have an ability to fly. Harry Potter first meets the Dementors at the start of this third year at Hogwarts when they are sent to guard the school against Sirius Black who had escaped Azkaban.
